Nun Lian approached the LSBDC Greater New Orleans & Bayou Region in need of assistance with expanding his business. He had been serving sushi out of the Thibodaux Rouses Supermarket since 2009 and wanted to expand to other locations. Lian dreamed of owning multiple sushi carts since coming to the United States in 2007. And then he found the LSBDC; the people who could help reach his dreams.
The LSBDC assisted him with creating a business plan and writing proposal letters for new potential locations.

However, he does not plan to become complacent. With the LSBDC's guidance, he intends to pursue more locations with confidence. He has multiple locations lined up in the New Orleans area.
